	Charles 'Charlie' Whitehouse A very, very old sorcerer who lives in the Gotham Autumn years retirement home. Once a master of Necromancy and Herbalism, Charlie is now suffering declining health and the ignominy of state care. On the other hand, his mind is still as sharp as it was 100 years ago.
	Chester Another of the Charm School regulars, Chester has the smell of wet dog about him.
	Christophe Basarab Brujah warrior, noble and squire, brother to Zoë. Part of the hierarchy of Dusk industries and it's public face. Christophe spent many years as a ghoul before being embraced by the legendary Grigori Basarab and is the perfect specimen of medieval fitness.
	Christoph Bennett Holding the position of Promogen for Clan Malkavian. Christoph is an avid supporter of the arts, prolific businessman, and socialite rolled up into one vampire. In recent Nights Christoph appears to have undergone a drastic personality change, from suave sophisticated gentleman to a vulgar and irritating bore.

	Damien 'Beloved-of-Twilight' Carter Silent Strider wanderer and renown Messenger with an uncanny ability to show up in the right place at the right time. Rumours have begun to circulate that he has gained the taint of the Wyrm due to too much time spent among the Undead.
	Det Cody Brannigan Ex Partner of murdered Cop Chung Lei and the last honest cop in Gotham. Only time will tell if Cody remains true to his tenets or if he sinks under the filth of Gotham city once and for all.
	Devlin De'Bouvier Devlin is the youngest and most favoured Childe of Montoya. Her audacity and joy for life captured his eye less than 5 years ago and he is rarely away from her.
	Dr Burton The director of the Arkham Asylum is a dedicated if quiet man. His progressive and daring theories have revitalized the hospital once used exclusively for the criminaly insane.
	Dr. Madelyn Strickland - Mave ni Balor A doctor of Psychiatry at the Arkham asylum, Madeline is the assitent to Dr Burton. But beneath her proffesional vaneer lurks something much darker. A Sidhe of the twisted Balor line.
	Congressman Martin Delaney A very popular Senator, who's only son was kidnapped and never returned, this earned him a great deal of public sympathy and some say another term in congress. Like most politicians he has lined his pockets with money from all sorts of interesting big business lobbies not carrying where the money has come from or what his vote is being used to buy. He and his daughter have been estranged for many years because of her extreme left-wing politics.
	Eddie O'Connell A former cop, and now another private eye in the busy Gotham market for such men, Eddie still has some friends on the force and some enemies in the mob. Unlike so many of his peers, O'Connell also beat his drinking problem and managed to remain at least on talking terms with his family.
	Eduardo One of the Anubi Ghouls assigned to Christoph Bennet, the Malkavian Primogen. Eduardo is currently happy to be serving Simone le Wroth in a temporary capacity as it gets him away from his regent.
	Elizabeth Greenville Something of an Anachronism, this Tremere Acolyte hails from the London Chantry and is far from comfortable in Gotham.
	Enrico Salvatore Rizzo 'Ratso' Rizzo is a sad and pathetic looking rat Pooka with too many disabilities to list. Truly Unseelie, he hates the world and everyone who he sees as getting a better break than he did, Only his friend the Nocker Joe Buck seems able to put up with him for any length of time.
	Ettienne St Claire Toreador playboy and keeper of the Elysium. staunch supporter of the 'Prince' and elitist artist
	Father Bellamy, Pastor of St Bridgits Church Owner of the Soup kitchen and pastor to Gotham's faithful, Bellamy is torn between the devils that lurk in the shadows and the corrupt government that crushes the poor beneath uncaring feet.
	Goldie & Gina Two of whores at the Chaste Dragon Bordello, one a street savvy stripper, the other a wide eyed and apparently innocent newcomer.
	Gulfora A creature of pure sensual and impure carnal delight who makes no attempt to hide her nature. The 'HellBreeder' summoned by Shade is already making herself comfortable at the Chaste Dragon
	Hanibaal Kinkaid manager of the Lachrymatory. a Nightclub built in an old church. His Undead nature is suspected, but if so, no one knows which Clan. Many find his cold hearted yet debonair manners unnerving.
	Hector Leader of the T-Birds and uncrowned lord of Gotham's Anarchs, Hector is a charismatic and proud Brujah with a history of rousing speeches and silent threats to keep him at the top of his game. While Hector outwardly appears to be little more than a Hispanic gang banger, built of solid squat muscles and bedecked in hairnet and jewellery, he has discovered far deeper levels to his personality in the Anarch movement and is slowly trying to leave his mortal stance behind.
	Ion Tyrant-Heart Shadow Lord Ahroun and Elder of the Hernes Gate Cearn
	Izzy On the edge of adulthood this quietly spoken girl spends her time with the charm school. Her strange gifts and second sight serve Raindog's well and she is the darling of the court of miracles.
	Jack Gruber Ex policeman and now a Security consultant, Gruber is a simple man with simple methods. Struggling to survive in a market dominated by Crosby enterprises, Gruber is a one man outfit and his destiny seems to be happy with that arrangement.
	James Giger The most experienced of the newly arrived Tremere, Giger is a librarian at heart.
	Joe 'Cowboy' Buck One of those rarest of things, an attractive Nocker, Joe is all brawn and smiles, and he has a knack for understanding large machinery. Currently helping Lord Mordraine with the rebuilding of the Funfair he has brought several of the other Changelings back into the Unseelie freehold.
	Herr Joseph Henniker Pawn shop owner and specialist weapons maker. In his youth Henniker fought all kinds of Monsters in his native Berlin, not all of them had fangs or magical powers. Now he has settled into the underworld of Gotham's downtown area and his pawn shop has been known to supply all manner of unusual ammunition from silver bullets to dragons breathe shotgun shells.

	Leon Wolf Mr Wolf is part of the glue that holds Gotham city together. Some call him the cleaner or Mr Fix-it. If you come out of frenzy and have painted your lover up the walls, you need to call Mr Wolf.

	Leonard Venkman whoever controls this corrupt politician has a lot of power. Attempts on his life have been met with swift and violent retribution. now, nobody dares move against the Mortal.
	Lord Mordraine ap Ailil aka Kurt Morgan Head of Morgan Consulting, Lord of the Isle of Crabs Freehold.
	Paih & John Lun-Lee Father and son outfit from Beijing who own a shipping company, exports/import company, weapons manufacture factory, Oriental Buffet Restaurants, Chinese take-aways, grocery stores and Herbal Medicines shop in Gotham. The Lun-Lee are also involved in the flesh trade and they run a small porn industry and trafficking ring.
	Malone The monosyllabic and monolithic doorman at Raindog's. But don't let that fool you, Malone keeps Raindog's safe from harm and has the eyes of a hawk. Follow his rules and the sanctuary you receive will be worth it.
	Marley Fitzpatrick The Irish Caitiff has dominated the street racing scene for almost three years now and has a huge following among both the Anarch's and their mortal hangers on. Arrogant and smug, Marley doesn't consider cheating or hobbling as poor sportsmanship in his chosen field.
	Master Wong Master Wong, also know as 'Uncle' is an old, old man with a long history as a tutor in the Hong Kong Opera schools. He is also the sensei to a long ling of Shih or Monster hunters. His nephew Cheung Lee was killed nine years ago by Khan Akril and his niece Sue Lei works for Dusk industries. Since arriving in Gotham, Master Wong has been influential in re-establishing the Temple of the Five Dragons as a Mage Chantry.
	Maata-f-em-seshet Matt to his freinds, or 'snake eyes' to half the casino's in the world, Maata is one of the Undying from the time of Senwosret I, son of Amenemhat I in the 12th Dynasty. Matt is a Gambler, an ex courtier and prefers the position of advisor and supplier of exotics in the Society of Tsenetnofret to that of hero or warrior.
	Midsummer Glass Walker Garou and Bookie, Midsummer and her Fianna allies help to finance the Garou underworld and cover the less lethal end of the illegal gambling trade.
	Miss Geitikait Unfeuscheit Treasurer and member of the Melcom board of Directors, True Daemon and avatar of Avarice. Head of financial departments and Asia branch. 'Kat' is stern and severe in both manner and dress, Zorn's girl Friday and the true driving force behind Melcom Industries.
	Miss Vnkeisch Begierde Member of the Melcom board of directors, True Daemon and avatar of Lust. Head of acquisitions and CO of the New Orleans Office. Often at odds with the rest of the board, 'Vikki' is perhaps the most approachable of the Melcom Daemons.
	Mitsuko Miya Also known as the Daughter of the Dragon Kings, Mitsuko (a name she chose for herself) is a living Avatar of the sentient Node at the Temple of the Five Dragons. Her personality is drawn from Gotham itself and as such she is sasshy and streetwise while at the same time having an innocent and simple nature.
	Montoya The Ventrue 'Prince' holds the Camarilla Vampires in check by dint of personality as much as raw power. His ability to keep the peace with the Sabbat earns him a lot of respect.
	The Momma's Boyz The Sabbat pack started by infamous Dominion Dylan Bruce continues to follow the Priest Miriam Troy. Monstrous and heroic Sabbat braves dream of being invited to join the most notorious Pack on the East coast and the glory that it brings.
	Montenegro The Tremere Montenegro is a schemer from Seattle, a capable Cainite with a grasp of the big picture. He has long felt that Gotham would be an ideal place from which to build his modern empire, especially since those of his Clan who once dwelt there have all disappeared. As Sire to Riley and Camille he has been making plans for some time.
	Mr Fresserei Member of the Melcom board of directors, True Daemon and avatar of Gluttony. Head of corporate entertainment, liaison and the South and central American Branches. Fat and healthy, Fresseri enjoys the consumption of fine things and the hedonism his position allows him to pursue.
	Mr Hochfart Member of the Melcom board of directors, True Daemon and avatar of Pride. head of corporate sales and the African branch. Hochfart is simply better than the rest of the board and he knows it. He outsells them, out bids them and shines in the eyes of their backers as the ideal person to safeguard their investments.
	Mr Neid Member of the Melcom board of directors, True Daemon and avatar of Envy. Head of public relations and the European branch. Neid hates his colleagues as much as he hates every other living creature in existence, but he knows which side his bread is buttered. This squat man is constantly looking for a way to usurp the powers and portfolio of the board.
	Mr Trakait Tragheir Member of the Melcom board of directors, True Daemon and avatar of Sloth. Head of personnel, political advisor and government liaison. Traitorous and untrustworthy even to his colleagues, Trakait stands out among the board as less presentable and is by far the least human of the board.
	Mr Zorn The CEO of cutting edge company Melcom International, True Daemon and avatar of Wrath. A giant brute squeezed into an expensive suit, Zorn rules his Horde with the methods of the ancient warlords. Quick to anger but able to enjoy century long schemes he has taken the firm to the top of its game.
	Mrs Patricia Creighton 25 fives years as a beaten wife came to a sudden and brutal end one night when Mr Creighton was tortured to death by a member of the Sabbat. A few nights later, Mrs Creighton herself was brought over into the world of the Undead by the mysterious Itzcoatl Bloodline of the Ahua Can Setites. Since then, this suburban housewife has been struggling to learn the lessons necessary to survive as a Vampire.
	Paolo Demarco Ancient and Wise Verbena Mage, lover to Jesse Delaney, champion of the Wild, protector of children. Paolo is is impossible to contain and difficult to describe in simple words.

	Raindog Raindog, forsworn Lord of House Fionna. You can drink at his bar, but you'll never drink with him. You can hear a lot about him, but never from the man himself.
	Raoul The leader and seneschal of the Anubi ghouls. Nobody is exactly sure how old Raoul is but those who knew Montoya before he rose to the throne of Gotham remember him as being the Ventrue's retainer.
	Rebecca Bryant Philodox and Elder of the Hernes Gate Cearn
	Sammie Owner of sammies diner.
	Sandoval a dealer in Artifacts,Talismans, weapons and antiques, this egyptian traveller is an old friend of Dr. Edward Hargreaves.
	Santiago Lasombra mastermind, Head of the Family and kingpin of Crime. Santiago runs half of Gotham's streets with a iron hand. Nominally a Sabbat Bishop but he cares little for sect politics.
	Shade Shade the Caitiff is often seen in the presence of Panic. Her friendship with both the enigmatic fae and the Garou has kept her alive. Nobody likes a bastard, but she has her uses.
	Shang Mio The Japanese Shinto Monk was an acolyte of the Temple Mages, a balancing philosophy to the Buddhist teachings of the now dead cabal. He has inherited the leadership of the remaining acolytes.
	Spyder Sluagh street kid and runaway, the childling Spyder found her way to Gotham more by dint of capricious fate than luck or accident. Now characters from her past lives have begun to play an important role in her life.
	Tatiana Tyrell, (aka Papusa, Svetlana, Georgia, Rose Lee) A talented charlatan and Gypsy chanteuse Tatiana has a little ability with making Draba (talismans) and in reading palms but she relies on deceit and trickery to feed herself. Not too hard on the eyes and skilled in the art of flirting, Tatiana is just one of the Harlequin's many wards in his underground criminal cartel.
	Tawny 'The Song Bird' Tawney is the mortal lover of the Harlequin and the star attraction at Club Harlequin. Sultry and sensuous this Romany girl plays the music that soothes the savage beast.
	Tess Eldest of Panic's wards, Madam of the Chaste Dragon Bordello. Surrogate mother to the Soiled Doves and the Boy Mage himself.
	Toby Wong Mechanic and garage owner in Chinatown, Toby is Sue Lei's cousin and confidant. His only trouble is his tendancy to spend money like water
	Valmont Recently embraced and too dumb to know any better, Valmont works for the Brujah Autarkis that hide within Dusk Industries. He has a loose tongue and even looser morals and can often be found with a pretty young boy at the Lachrymatory club.
