The Mesektet should be incredibly rare as the only Akh (Wraiths) who would still have that part of the soul available to them would be the undying themselves. The Mesektet or Night Suns cannot have come from any other source because the Sahu of all other creatures never returned (why or how would they?) from the stars. The Sahu is that portion of the soul that pass onto the heavenly reward beyond our world and the Shadowlands of the Dead and only the Spell of Life interfears with this ascension. The Udja-Sen are immpossible and I simply ignore them. The Udja-Sen existence would make a mockery of the entire belief system of the Ancient Egyptians and so they cannot exist either. How can any of the spirituality of Ma'at and of the Egypt philosophy hold water if we accept that the judges are so lax in their tasks? The Judges were stoic and unmoving in their edict and none escaped the consequences of a life lived without Ma'at unless they escaped that Judgement itself through service to Apep. |
