Deep Below the rain drenched streets of Gotham lay miles upon miles of sewers, tunnels, crawl space and catacombs. Not all of which appear on the City ordinance maps. A place of dank tunnels and minimal lighting where the less social denizens of Gotham's huddle together.
The Lightless court - Sluagh

Those who whisper beneath the streets have a veritable mansion down here. Extensions and redesigns to the older tunnels have resulted in a Complex of caverns and annexed spaces decked out in plush silks and brocade. Each Sluagh has space the size of a small apartment and enough room to be alone or to host large tea parties with ease.
The Sluagh and the creepy crawlies that share their court prefer to stick to the upper levels of the Sunless Kingdoms where they can access the crawlspaces and cellars of the waking world. Areas that form a nexus below older buildings are particularly favoured as the voices of the mortal world often carry down via air conditioning systems and wall cavities and the Sluagh can spy upon Gotham's citizenry in comfort.
Leadership among the Sluagh is more a matter of respect for the Grumps and their wisdom than deference to title or rank. With the political vacuum left in the wake of recent events the Sluagh are gathering information and keeping a tight census on all Gotham's Fae while biding their time. Should a New Noble take up the Throne of Gotham his rulership will rely heavily upon the detailed knowledge of the Sewer dwelling Kith.

The Catacombs Club - Nosferatu

Beneath Gotham Cathedral, among the dead and the Tunnels that extend beyond the Crypt, is the Catacombs club. A Library, gym, artillery range and recently a cinema for showing cine reel movies all nestle among the forgotten tombs in genteel sophistication.
This 'gentleman's club' serves as a meeting place for the camarilla aligned Nosferatu and fulfils their need to pander to the stereotype of their Clan. Most of them slip away in the early hours of the morning and return to their uptown houses to sleep on perfumed sheets amid Gotham's well to do but this catacomb still attracts them in large numbers.

Troglodyte towers - Nosferatu Sabbat

On the Lower east side, built around an old pumping station, is the meeting ground of Gotham's Nosferatu Antitribu. The all Nosferatu Pack known as the Troglodytes sleep amidst the rusting, long abandoned machinery and scavenged goodies that decorate their communal

haven. Only a handful in Number, the Sabbat sewer rats stick close together. They enjoy the opportunity to dwell in a haven away from the Sabbat core but will extend their hospitality to sect-mates who share their darker appetites. Constrained by Santiago's non aggression treaty the Nosferatu and their Tzimisce playmates are the most determined to live up to the Camarilla's opinions of the Sabbat, at least whilst deep in the bowels of their underground Haven. Ghouled Dogs and Cocks are pitted against each other while the least humane of the Sabbat thugs bet on the results and the Troglodytes are past masters of the blood feast.

Of course, they sometimes hang out at the Catacombs Club, but they prefer their own company.

Moorgate Subway Station - Subterranean haunt

Atmosphere

Strange alliances and hidden deals are made away from the salons of those who would prefer not to think of those who make their nests down here. The sharing of secrets and the gentile debate about above ground conspiracy make for a civilized society of sewer folk. In the city built on marriage of convenience and the blurring of traditional boundaries, the Sunless Kingdoms are a nation in themselves, often rallying together against their own kind to protect their own corner of Gotham. If your forced to enter the sewers without an invitation you might well discover the complex social structure too late, .... or you might just find yourself recruited for your skills in finding your way down here!
