As far as franchises go, you could do worse tham buying a Diner from 'Bella giovanni' catering supplies. You pays your money and you gets your flat-pack diner! This diner, based loosely on the shape of a Railway car, is the same as thousands of diners seen across America. The décor is strictly 50's, and the jukebox nearly all 80's pop. The highly polished Chrome and neon lights draw the attention from quite a distance, as it is a harsh contrast to the buildings around it.
Atmosphere
Frequented mostly by regulars, Sammie's has an air of home spun comfort. The staff live for the verbal sparring and they are never slow in refilling your coffee. Sammie believes that so long as she serves decent food and good fare, anyone through her doors is expected to listen to her opinions and is free to voice their own. However you had better like eighties pop music or be clinically deaf to enjoy the atmosphere here.
Visit here more than twice and you'll be greeted by name. Buy the same thing more than once and you'll be asked if you want your regular before you've even sat down.
