Where Raindog's is a place where you can be yourself, Club Harlequin's is where you are almost forced to have fun. The waitresses are beautiful and always dressed to impress. Even the men. One night they may all be in Bunny girl outfits (the men topless but for bow-ties) another night the theme may be Chinese geisha or Something Military. Woe betide the unsuspecting fool who enters in his Sunday best expecting a cabaret night when the fetish crowd is in, or the cross dressers. Although it is rarely as crowded, the owner often hosts cutting edge performances such as Acrobats and Chainsaw jugglers. One might almost suspect on these strange nights the hand of a frustrated Circus owner.
The Harlequin is a noted member of the Ravnos Clan and his Infamy is known across the world. He welcomes everyone into his Club but his rules are sacrosanct. This is No mans land and sect or racial politics are not welcome here. With the backing of his Romany family and staff, and the powers of his blood, he has the ability to enforce his Elysium.
