Physical Description
Wire appears to be earlier 30s. He wears his brown blonde hair cut short in a military style, his face sports a goatte with a touch of red. For his clothes: jeans, shirts; street style, tends towards black and/ or asian motif and/or various yang/yang styles (aka: guardians of paradise, etc). Troy has a wirey frame but loose clothes usually hide his cut muscles.
Personality
Wire is quiet, he trys to choose the neutral reply, excpet on something he feels strong about such as racing. He has the mannerisms of a tiger coiled/ ready to strike. Along with his feral instincts, the street racer known as wire presents a hint of mystery...
On seeing his selection of favoured meal (racers/ race groupies),readieness to fight, and almsot feral look in his gray eyes, one must wonder if he is a Gangrel, Brujah, or Venture.
Story
Wire has raced many of the streets of the world and now seeks to race the streets of Gotham.
