Physical Description
Imminently attractive in a Gaelic way, Valmont is popular on the gay scene and among the Vampires. His sire embraced him as eye candy and never really cared that he would never want her physically. He dresses in tight jeans, usually black, and muscle tops, all the better to display the body he has worked so hard to keep trim. The accent of his French parents is impossible to discern beneath his American twang, and he could pass for an averige teen of any East coast town.

Personality
Young and impressionable, Valmont lacks the guile to be a successful vampire. He is likable and attractive, and as Dusks gopher, unthreatening, and these qualities keep him from getting staked out for sunrise, but its more than likely that half of Gotham has at one time or another manipulated him for their own ends. As a dupe, he serves Gideon dusk and his allies perfectly and those who think they have finally found a source of information on the enigmatic company couldn't be further from the truth.
