Physical Description
Standing at just under 5'10" Rebecca is slim and athletically built. She is always very well turned out and will never be seen in public in anything casual, preferring smart business type clothing all of the time.
Personality
Confident and outgoing has always been good at communicating with people and often can find topics of conversation that appeal to whomever she is talking with. Her demeanour is always serious and professional when it comes to business matters and very rarely does she say the wrong thing. People that spend time with her often feel that she is holding back or maybe even formulating her own plots and schemes. She is always courteous to her betters and polite to those that are beneath her.
Story
After the Shadow Lords came to power in Gotham, Vaslev Ruthven found himself
in need of a Philodox to assist with dealing with the many factions in the city. He called in Rebecca Bryant from Europe, a woman that had already established herself as both a canny politician and diplomat.
Much is rumoured about Rebecca's history before she came to Gotham,
including that she murdered her own family to gain their fortunes. However none of this has been proven and much about her past is a mystery.
As well as her duties to Vaslev Ruthven and the Hernes Gate Caern, Rebecca also acts as the main PR to Gotham's football team, the Gotham Switchblades. She uses this position to gain access to Gothams business community and further strengthen the links of her Caern within the city.
