Physical Description
Riley is a good looking guy who appears in his late teens or early twenties. He has an expressive and vivid face which is angelic, kind but also slightly impish and mischievous. His hair is light blonde with areas of darker brown-blonde and has a sort of ruffled, naturally unkept attractiveness to it. Generally it hangs well into his expressive and pretty blue eyes. His lips are full and reddish-pink which hide a row of brace-straightened teeth. His body is thin, "twinky" and while muscled, he is wiry and somewhat bony- which gives the appearance of a body built for speed rather than strength.

Riley most often dresses in comfortable but also stylish clothes, preferring close fitting white shirts under baggy sweaters and sweatervests. He is partial to tight pants. At his club, he maintains a very in-character appearance depending on the theme of the night. When dressing in society, his look is suave and cutting edge but elegant and formal when needed.

Personality
Riley is tight-lipped about his past and doesn't like to discuss his parents' death. While he is tight-lipped about others, he enjoys the company of people. A true extrovert that loves being amongst the throng of pulsing humanity, Riley has a party animal side. He is still young and enjoys the youthful countercultures of Gotham. He is most definitely gay, but doesn't flaunt it to a great deal.

Story
Barely a man and yet so alone that he must act as one, Riley is the son of a deceased casino tycoon and a beautiful piece of arm candy that died tragically in a plane crash on their way home from Monte Carlo. Riley was their only son and inherited much of the family fortune. After a lengthy grieving, Riley did become resolute to do something with his life that would bring pleasure to others. He moved to Gotham City, purchased a high rise apartment and a nightclub. Over the past weeks, he has been refurbishing them. His Nightclub, known as DV8, has just recently opened, despite a few minor setbacks.
