Physical Description
Christine has hazel eyes and a shock of red hair and usually wears a dragonfly hairclip. She still doesn't realise it's a Talisman because she's clueless. She's built slim and not nearly tall enough to loom as she'd like but only wears heels if she's certain that she won't have to run anywhere. She's not bad looking but often blows any chance she may have of pulling by drinking way too much tequila.

Personality
Christine is engaging and friendly, strives for a level of professional detachment in her dealings and mostly succeeds. She's quick tempered though and this can be a problem. She isn't easily intimidated but she is easily amused.

Story
Christine left home at 16, a couple of years after the sudden death of her alcoholic father and one month before her mother remarried. She completed her High School Diploma at Community College in Portland, Oregon then migrated to Seattle. She aimed to put herself through a law degree there but spent several years struggling, finding waitressing and barwork overworked and underpaid. Just as Christine was beginning to give up hope of achieving her aspirations, she met Mara Ravenclaw, boss of Legal Services of Seattle, a firm that championed the rights of the underprivileged. She was engaged as a junior assistant. Christine became Mara's lover not long after without realising that her fascinating employer was a vampire. She became Mara's ghoul 2 years ago when Mara attempted to save her from bleeding to death from gunshot wounds received during an attack on Mara at her offices. Vampire and ghoul recently arrived in town to set up the new Gotham City branch of Legal Services.

In an especially capricious mood, Fate placed the last remaining fragment of the infamous Obsidian Canes, (destroyed by Harlequin & Columbine) in Christine’s hands this morning. The dark impact of the Canes roused Christine’s long dormant Avatar and she Awakened in blood and confusion with an ability to See past and present events in her own and others’ fortunes.
