Physical Description
Were Rich not to slouch, he would stand at just over six feet. His build is lean, but it lacks any sort of muscle tone. His dark hair is neatly combed to a part, and he sports a thin moustache. Although his light brown eyes betray a painful past (which belies his age), he is an attractive man. When he exerts himself sufficiently, a hint of a thin long scar appears across his neck.

Personality
Rich is very outgoing. He has a noble bearing about him, and often seems to be the heart of the party without putting any conscious effort into it. He is courteous, even in the face of insult; he is soft-spoken, and rarely loses his temper. He tries to find a reason to smile in almost every situation, and tries to imbue his optimism in others.

Story
Richard has been in Gotham for a couple of weeks now. He spent his early years upstate, but is only vaguely familiar with the city and is only now beginning to become acclimatized. He's just landed a job as a security guard at the museum, and he's just taking it one day at a time for now.
