Physical Description
Refined and sophisicated, Miriam's movements always seem perfectly co-ordinated like a walking statue. Nothing moves if she doesn't want it to. She stands around 5'7", and has mid-length black hair with a telltale white streak.

Personality
Pefectionism, matronly, and horrific. She embodies all of those words with a wrapping of pious beliefs, twisted enough to make any other vampire think twice about asking her about going Hell. The embraced robbed her of her role as a mother and that was the first step in her descent into the realms of the the horrific. Now Miriam is a mother of a different cloth, the Dark Matron of the Sabbat. Indulgant and protective to all of her 'Children' her most unconditional love is felt by her fledgeling pack the Mommas Boyz.

Raised in a large family, Miriam worked hard to keep the family inline, educated, and fed. As the oldest child it was her responsiblity to look after everyone when her parents pasted away from some wasting disease.

Uneducated herself, Miriam took to learning medicine on her own time. Whilst raising a large healthy family of her own, she also engaged in experimentation and study, devouring every book on the subject between cooking and cleaning. It took her several years and another several dead bodies to perfect her understanding of medicine, but she did so. Miriam developed her God given skills as a mother, a wise woman and a student of the flesh to the furthest limits her mortal form allowed, and even yet she still strove to better her abilities.

Her hard work and dedicated did not go unnoticed...

Entirely devoted to Bishop Santiago, Miriam's aura of protection has often lead her to become a diplomat. She has a natural affinity for newly embraced, especially males. Her love/hate relationship to the male species had made her view them all simply as children. That being said, any Sabbat Brave who gains her affections is guaranteed a spectacular career as either a short incandestant flame or a hero of the sect.

The three pictures on this page represent three incarnations of Miriam Troy. She was originally the pack priest in the Pack created to House Dylan and was completely inspired by the Lasombra pack Priest in the Players guide to the sabbat, from where the top picture comes. later as I fleshed the character out she came to require an actress as so many of the characters in the Spikeyverse, and especially Sodium noir, always do. Bebe Neuwerth who plays Lilith in Cheers and fraiser was always my idea choice, mainly because of that role and thus her photo is used here. Finally and most gratifyingly is the Players drawing of her character that brings her wonderfully up to date for this setting! - Spike
