CATHAL O'SHAUGHNESSY AP FIONNA
The Prince Regent
Deceased
Son of the Regent Shaughn, grandson of Lady Evelynn and heir to the throne of London, Prince Cathal's reign was short-lived but non-the less beautific. In the few months that he ruled the Fionna Estate he established wide ranging social changes and instigated a renewal of confidence in the Sidhe rulership. With the assistance of a loyal and competent Oathcircle and the advice of his grandmothers own circle Cathal managed to mix traditionalism with progressive thought.
The reign of Cathal and the line of Fionna regents was severed by the Formorian known only as the Sorceress in the white city deep within the bone forest. After rescuing her Gwydion captive Lady Kelemon the Regency Oathcircle were betrayed from within by three Goblin artificers who shot him with an experimental weapon developed specifically to the seeming's of the Oathcircle members. Even the bravery of Sir Uthden placing himself between Prince and protagonist could not prevail and the weapons beam killed both Changelings stone dead.

COCIDIUS aka JOHNNY LUNCHBOX aka 'SYLVANNUS'
Earl of New Cross and Lord of the Wyld
What does an ancient Satyr whose fairy nature has prevented his Changeling body from aging ever since he first underwent the Changeling way do in the modern era? He becomes a porn star of course. At least that is the route taken by onetime companion of Lady Fionna herself, Cocidius.
Taking the pseudonym Johnny Lunchbox the Satyr Earl launched himself into the burgeoning movie industry and found his prowess made him an ideal male porn star.
As is often the case with Satyrs, Sylvannus attracted a group of younger friends who appreciated his wisdom and probably his huge resources as well. Much to his professed annoyance Johnny was given the task of shaping Cathal the Prince Regent and his peers into an Oathcircle of renown, and nobody can deny that he succeeded. Even after the Death of the Regent in the Dreaming, the Regency Oathcircle continued on as the force of Lady Evelynn and the Nobles that swarmed around the Throne of London. After marrying Lady Bloeuwedd, Earl Sylvannus retired from active adventuring to take the throne of the Southern Estates when he was appointed as master of the New Cross Gate Freehold.


LADY CALAMITY SCHRODINGER
Court Jester and Emissary of the Regent [Bard]
A WPC in the Met until her traumatic Chrysalis and rebirth as a Cat Pooka, Calamity joined the Regency Oathcircle after the death of Cathal at the behest of Lady Evelynn. Her mentorship under another Pooka, the Unseelie hound Bullseye, led to a sharpening of her skills in stealth and larceny, but her irrepressibly dark humour was what most remember from meeting with her. Since rising to the fore of public scritiny as a strong member of the Regency Oathcircle Calamity has been at the centre of scandal and accolade, romantically linked with Count Darkain and Sir Dillon MacRoth, Lady Schrodinger is now a permanent companion of Sir Tarquin ap Annis of the Snowdonian Millita.
An obvious favourite of Lady Evelynn and the rest of the nobles she is a true darling of the court and her star is set to continue rising since her Oathcircle was granted the Domain of the new freehold and the Titles that went with it. For all intese and purpose this charmingly cheeky young lady is the leader of everyone favourite Oathcircle in all but name. Taking over the rudder from Earl Sylvannus who is now the mastr of the South London estate and the New Cross Gate freehold.

ICHABOD
The multicoloured and bewinged feline Chimera of Lady Schrodinger has been noticeably absent in recent months, leading some unkind curs to wonder if he is jealous of her love affair with Sir Tarquin. This commentator however can reveal that Ichabod has not deserted his mistress and is never far from her side even today. He told me unequivocally that he was born from her last years as a Childling and now that she is a Lady in her own right he no longer needs to be so obvious in his presence.

KANDI
Pathfinder
Redcap Dominatrix and apprentice to Arthur Frohicky, Kandi has assumed her mentors place within the Regency Oathcircle since he retired to complete his works undisturbed within the newest freehold of London. Undergoing her Chrysalis extremely late in her life after spending several years in the thick of a Changeling freehold, Kandi is he object of much research herself. However until the mystery of her existence is answered she is learning all about the life of a Changeling among the trouble shooters of the regency Oathcircle.

ARTHUR FROHICKY
Master Armourer
Arthur is a cynical curmudgeon, even for a Nocker, but his obvious character flaws are offset by his unsurpassed skill as an inventor and a smith. Certainly a maverick and a trendsetter among his kith Arthur has recently retired from adventuring with the Regency Oathcircle to concentrate on his Magnus opus and upon the mysteries of the Gates. Along with Uthden, Arthur was part of the original multi court oath circle formed to investigate the disappearance of the Satyr Siochain Aiken Drum. A long time friend of the Seven sisters Sluagh, Arthur came to work at the Fionna freehold when the civil war erupted and has been the artist/engineer in residence ever since.

SIR DILLON MACROTH ap SCATHATCH
Royal Champion, First Knight of the Realm and leader of the Grey watch.
"Eat all that Boggan or mad Dillon MacRoth will get you" warn Redcap mothers to their offspring, for this knight errant of the mysterious Scathatch House has dedicated his numerous long lives, incarnation to incarnation, to hunting down and killing Redcaps. A hunt that has eventually brought him face to face with the one Redcap he sought, Billy Bedlam. As a pirate raider off the coast of Scotland, Bedlam was responsible for the murder and kidnap of Dillon's family and the birth of the Redcaps most hated nemesis.

TARQUIN ap ANNIS
Captain of the Guard
Together with the Earl Snowdon ap Annis, Tarquin is one of the few survivors of the Snowdon massacre. An entire freehold of Trolls, the Annis family, were slaughtered by rogue members of the red branch who it later transpired were working for the Fomorian agent Fear Doirche. He followed his Uncle to London where the remaining members of the Annis Trolls found protection from Lady Evelynn in the Fionna court.
Tarquin, a serious and uncommunicative boy with the vision of his families murder to haunt his nightmares rose to a position of trust as chief of the guard among the Fionna Trolls and has been decorated several times during the civil war. Recognised as a capable warrior and a devoutly loyal Troll, Tarquin was placed as a man-at-arms within the regency Oathcircle for some of its most dangerous missions and eventually approached Lady Evelynn and requested to be released from his post so he might join the Oath circle full time. He was granted his request and honoured with a greater title, becoming part of the Oathcircle in its troubleshooting agendas.
Court gossip among the nobles has taken note of the fact that Tarquin is never far from the side of Lady Schrodinger and it is assumed that the two will marry very soon. Until then, all the court remains fascinated by the latest romance.

Dr DEXTERITY SMITH
'The Deci Belle', Weilder of the sacred AWEN

A young and recently Chrysalised Satyr, Dexterity Smith joined the regency Oathcircle soon after her coming out party and has since been only a part time member of the group. Her Unseelie nature and wanderlust cause her to go on protracted walkabouts and dreamquests away from the city and the Estates of London. That being said, her fun loving and boisterous personality served to reinvigorate the Circle after its many dark nights mourning lost friends. A Chemist and DJ, Dexterity is fully ensconced in the counter culture of the festival and club scenes and has many allies around the city.

CROM ap LIAM
Deceased
A renown Bard and wandering poet originally of the Court of Apples in Glastonbury, Crom found sponsorship under the Regent of London. This unusual step was due to the influence of Lady Evelynn, Crom was shown a great deal of leeway when he was offered a position in the regency Oathcircle. A staunch supporter of the Commoners in the group he often butted heads with both Johnny Lunchbox and Cathal ap Fionna, however his skills at communication were important to the circle in its ill fated quest into the White city to rescue lady Kelemon. After the death of Prince regent Cathal and Sir Uthden ap Gwydion at the hands of the Goblins, Crom led the survivors in their escape from the Forest of lies. His noble attempt to attack the Fomorian Sorceress led to his untimely demise when he was flung from her great sky ship, but bought the remaining members of the circle time to make good their estate.

SIR UTHDEN
Deceased
One time Champion of Baron Goldhawk and vassal of House Gwydion, this huge troll was attached to the now defunct Oathcircle created to investigate the death of Aiken Drum. Working closely with young representatives of other Estates Uthden slowly learnt of the corruption of his lord, the Baron, and was forced to make the choice between duty to his lord and duty to the Kingdom as a whole. He chose to deny his insane master and bore the stigma of being an oath breaker with silent stoicism. His ability to bare his disgrace was aided by his devotion to his new Oathcircle and to the Prince Regent, as well as a burgeoning romantic interest with a Pooka scullery maid called Bronwyn.
Uthden escorted the prince Regent into the Dreaming for the ill fated quest to rescue Lady Kelemon of house Gwydion. In hindsight it is true that he was vocal in his opposition of allowing the Goblins to crew the Chimerical airship, and that he undertook the full responsibility for attempting to train the Goblin refugees in the field, forming the first Goblin Engineers corps. When a small faction of the Goblin crew did eventually mutiny under the enchantment of the Formorian sorceress, Uthden sacrificed his life by throwing himself in front of the Prince Regent to save him from the Goblin weapon. Had it been any other weapon in any other city that might have been enough and the Prince might have survived. A vast portrait of Uthden painted by his Beloved Bronwyn hangs in the great hall of the Fionna freehold.

HOB
Deceased
Hob was a member of the Regency Oathcircle for a short time, but in that time he achieved a great deal of respect for the Goblin Engineers. As erstwhile leader of the Goblins rescued from the dungeons of Fear Doirche, Hob, whose name means good or kindly in old English, formed his ragtag group of ex slaves into a militia called the Goblin Engineer corps and adopted the crest of Sir Uthden as their banner.
They emulated the Trolls every move and eventually convinced him to train them in drill and etiquette whilst on the quest for Lady Kelemon. When a number of the Goblins reverted to their Thallain natures under the control of the Sorceress, Hob lead the remaining loyal Goblins against his own siblings. For the longest time Hob managed to remain true to Uthdens memory and kept the worst of his Thallain nature bound, but eventually stronger magics forced his true nature to the fore and he betrayed his Oathcircle. Hob met a valiant death at the hands of Sir Dillon MacRoth in Manchester, the kingdom of Guns, after attempting to kill him with a cold iron dagger.
